The Tail Sniffer is an informational aviation-tracking tool. It is NOT a safety-critical system and should NOT be used as your sole or primary source for:

• dispatch or operational-control decisions,
• separation or routing decisions,
• emergency response,
• security response,
• regulatory compliance, or
• any other time-sensitive operational action.

Aircraft, flight, and alert information shown in the Service may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, filtered, unavailable, suppressed, or removed without notice.

Email or app notifications may arrive late, fail to arrive, duplicate, or reflect incomplete or changing data.

Use of the Service is limited to legitimate aviation-related purposes. The Tail Sniffer may not be used for stalking, harassment, paparazzi activity, privacy-invasive surveillance, intimidation, or other abusive or non-legitimate monitoring.

Roxstar Labs may approve, deny, limit, review, suspend, or terminate access at its discretion to protect privacy, reduce misuse risk, comply with legal or platform obligations, or protect the Service.

Where aircraft, operators, or activity involve heightened privacy or sensitivity, Roxstar may apply additional restrictions, reduced visibility, or other controls.
