Questions
- What happens to my flight history if I do not pay?
- Nothing is deleted, ever. A free plan shows the most recent 30 days; everything older is still recorded and appears again the moment you upgrade, including the flights recorded while you could not see them.
- I already have an account. Does anything change?
- Not immediately. Everyone who had an account before the change keeps everything they have for 90 days, and we tell you the date well before it arrives.
- What if I follow more aircraft than my plan allows?
- They are paused, not removed. They stay in your list, keep recording flights, and come back when you upgrade. You choose which ones stay active.
- Do email alerts stop on the free plan?
- No. Departure and arrival emails work the same on every plan. Push notifications are the part that is paid for.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your billing settings. You keep what you paid for until the end of the period you have already paid.
