Positions update every minute for every aircraft you follow. Coverage is best over busy airspace and can thin out over open water, remote terrain and some small airports, where an aircraft may disappear for a while and reappear later.
For flights with a plan on file we add the filed destination, an estimated arrival, takeoff and landing times, and any delays or ground stops at the destination.
Type, operator and year come from registration records, kept current from live tracking.
